Her practice sits at the intersection of leadership development, organisational strategy and social justice, built on over a decade of conviction-driven work.

With a background spanning consulting, start-ups and education across South Africa, Belgium and Taiwan, Ellen heads operations at Chronicle. Methodical, precise and deeply reliable, she ensures seamless workflows across the practice.
Coaching and Facilitation Partner
A Certified Integral Coach (PCC) with over a decade of multinational corporate experience, Zayaan brings deep expertise in personal and leadership development. She coaches individuals and groups across diverse sectors, grounded in trust, authenticity and a genuine commitment to human growth.
