About Chronicle Group

Our Story

Chronicle Group was born from a conviction that commercial success and social impact can be complementary pursuits, instead of mutually opposing forces.

That conviction has its roots in L&N Advisors, the social justice consulting firm founded by Lovelyn Nwadeyi at a time when few practitioners in South Africa were doing this kind of work in that kind of way. What began as a courageous, conviction-driven advisory firm grew into a practice with a reputation for going where others wouldn't, accompanying organisations through the vital work of leadership development, critical diversity literacy and systemic change.

Chronicle Group is the natural evolution of that work. From one entity, into a Group of Companies that are a deliberate, structured expression of the belief that business done well is business done with purpose and meaningful impact.

“Business done well is business done with purpose”

01

To deliver work of such depth, excellence and integrity that we are always better experienced than described . We create lasting value for all we encounter, leaving them better than when we found them.

02

A world in which commercial success and social impact are inseparable, where the most successful organisations are also the most just, the most human and the most courageous.

03

Trust: Earned through consistency, discretion and the willingness to say what needs to be said.

Integrity: We do what we say, say what we mean and hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards.

Innovation: Fresh thinking and rigorous inquiry in pursuit of solutions that are genuinely fit for purpose.

Excellence: We do not settle - in our work, our partnerships or our impact.
